Dear Future First Graders,

Please consider purchasing these items when on sale this summer. You may be asked to replenish some items throughout the year for your child.

The following are general supplies that all the first grade teachers would like you to have:

• 24 pencils (Dixon-Ticonderoga™ preferred)
• Box of 48 crayons (Crayola preferred)
• 2 boxes of tissues
• 2 Mead Primary Composition Notebooks Gr. K-2 (please get primary, NOT the regular marble composition notebook). You can order them online from www.mead.com item #09554; Staples and your local dollar store sometimes have their own brand.
• 6 large glue sticks (optional)
• Pocket folder to transport notes back and forth
• Large block erasers
• Head phones (for your child’s personal use, not to be shared) High quality, over the head headphones.
• 1 pack of low-odor Expo™ markers (optional)
• 1 box of gallon size Ziploc™ bags (optional)
