Dear Parent or Guardian,
It is our hope and plan to have a traditional commencement exercise in June. For this event, your son or daughter will need a cap and gown. The process whereby this is ordered and paid for has changed and is now entirely online. Please go to highschool.herffjones.com, enter “Pine Bush High School” and choose “Shop Grad Products.” Complete your order for your cap and gown by December 23, 2020.
Additionally, please find the attached enclosure describing the All Night Graduation Party. This organization is a parent run and funded group that provides a safe, drug- and alcohol-free venue for celebrating graduation. Parents have already begun working, however, volunteers and financial support are welcomed and needed. If you can lend a hand or provide any support, please call Mary Dubois at (845) 978-9043.
As more details related to graduation and senior activities are confirmed, they will be relayed to you and your child. As always, if you have questions or concerns, regarding this or anything else, please do not hesitate to call.
