According to the district’s printed calendar, tomorrow, Friday, Feb. 26, would be the end of the 25-week period for the basis of preparing interim reports. However, we are going to push that back by one more week for secondary students, which will have a ripple effect on the end of the third quarter and the 35-week period that marks the middle of the fourth quarter. Those will all change by one week as well.

Here are all the changes:

• The 25-week interim report period will be extended until March 5.
• Those reports will be mailed home on Friday, March 12.
• The third quarter for secondary will now end Friday, April 16  with the
  report cards being mailed on April 23 .
• The 35-week interim report period will end on May 14.
• Those reports will be mailed on May 21 .

Finally, parent teacher conferences at the secondary levels will also be
impacted.

• The high school parent-teacher conferences will take place on
  March 25.
• Middle school conferences will be held on April 28.

These changes have been made to the Google calendar on the district website
and teachers will be reminding their students of these changes as well.
