Four Pine Bush Odyssey of the Mind teams advance to the state finals

A big congratulations to the Pine Bush Odyssey of the Mind program! Four of our nine teams finished in first place in their divisions and will now advance to the New York State tournament in Syracuse on March 26.

Seven children and two adults stand on a stage. They are wearing ribbons and medals around their necks and navy blue shirts with PB Pine Bush on them. The last four kids all have their hands up in the air for victory.

The four first place teams are:

  • EJR Structure team
  • Crispell Structure team
  • Crispell Vehicle team
  • Pine Bush High School Vehicle team

There’s even MORE good news to share! PBHS student Jenna Hopmayer won the coveted Renatra Fusca Award for extreme creativity! Way to go, Jenna!

We are so very proud of all of our Pine Bush Odyssey teams. The team from CVMS took second place, as did another team from PBHS, while Pakanasink’s team came in fourth. Circleville Elementary placed third and PBE finished fifth.

PB Nation once again shined at the regional tournament, and we wish the advancing teams the best of luck at the state tournament in less than three weeks!
