The yummy way to learn about fractions

Now this is how to learn about fractions!

Third-graders in Dina DiNoto, Melissa Leonardo, Michele Galvin, Meghan Cronin, and Pamela Gruner’s classes at Pine Bush Elementary had a very memorable lesson on fractions using pizza!

They used paper pizzas with toppings to visualize the concepts – and they had fun doing it.
