The meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by President Lloyd Greer, Jr. at approximately, 4:01 PM with the following motion offered to proceed with regular session:

MOVED by Trustee Meier, second by Trustee Robertson, that the Board of Education open the regular meeting at approximately 4:01 PM.

YES – 7     NO – 0    CARRIED

MOVED by Trustee Meier, second by Trustee Robertson, that the Board of Education proceed with the Board Retreat / Work (Executive) Session of the meeting at approximately 4:02 p.m.

YES – 7     NO – 0    CARRIED

MOVED by Trustee Robertson, second by Trustee Meier, that the Board of Education adjourn from the Board Retreat / Work (Executive) Session to Regular session, noting the time at approximately 8:14 p.m.

YES – 6     NO – 0    CARRIED (K.Kheiralla left at approx. 8:05 p.m.)
