The meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by President Lloyd Greer, Jr. at approximately, 5:05 PM with the following motion offered to proceed with regular session:

MOVED by Trustee Meier, second by Trustee Robertson, that the Board of Education open the regular meeting at approximately 5:05 PM.

YES – 6     NO – 0    CARRIED

MOVED by Trustee Robertson, second by Trustee Graessle, that the Board of Education adjourn to executive session for discussion regarding the Superintendent’s contract at approximately 5:06 p.m.

YES – 6     NO – 0    CARRIED

MOVED by Trustee Meier, second by Trustee Robertson, that the Board of Education adjourn from Executive Session and return to Regular session, noting the time at approximately 8:20 p.m.

YES – 6     NO – 0    CARRIED
