The Board of Education will be asked to approve the minutes from the November 13, 2018 regular board meeting as submitted by the District Clerk.
III. Reports, Recommendations of the Superintendent of Schools
1. Consent Agenda
Recommend the Board of Education approve the following Consent Agenda as submitted by the Superintendent of Schools: ON WEBSITE
2. CSE and CPSE Placement Recommendation
Recommend the Board of Education approve all IEPs of the Committee on Special Education and the Committee on Preschool Special Education as submitted by the CSE and CPSE Chairperson and reviewed by Trustee Kheiralla.
3. Director Report: Special Programs Overview
Terrilyn Cohn, Director of Special Programs will provide a presentation entitled Special Education
Overview. A PowerPoint will be provided that evening, as well as hard copies.
4. Director Report: Athletics and Physical Education Overview
Michael Gillespie, Director, will provide a current overview of Athletics and Physical Education. A PowerPoint will be provided that evening, as well as hard copies.
5. Presentation: Pine Bush HS – STARS Academy Update
Assistant Principal Christopher Mummery will be in attendance to provide an update on the STARS Academy. A PowerPoint will be provided that evening, as well as hard copies.

6. Designation & Disposition of Surplus Equipment and Library Books
The Board of Education will be asked to authorize the following disposition of equipment and library books:
Board designation of the following list of AED equipment, as submitted at the request of Michael Gillespie, Director of Physical Education, Health, and Athletics as unusable in accordance with Policy #5250 SUBJECT: Disposition of Surplus Property, and authorize the disposition of the equipment as outdated and/or in poor condition under the direction of Michael Pacella , Assistant Superintendent for Business.
