Trustee C. Robertson attended this meeting via video-conferencing from 10758 NW 83rd Court, Parkland, FL.

The public had the right to attend the board meeting from either location.

Call to Order

The meeting was called to Order by President Lloyd Greer, Jr., with the following motion offered:

MOVED by Trustee Meier, second by Trustee Johnson that the Board of Education open the Special Meeting at approximately 8:06 PM.

YES – 6     NO – 0    CARRIED (C. Robertson   joined at approx. 8:10 pm)

Consideration of Executive Session

MOVED by Trustee Kheiralla, second by Trustee Graessle, that the Board of Education adjourn to executive session at approx 8:06 PM, for the purpose of reviewing the employment history of a particular staff member, and that no public action will be taken once the executive session has concluded.

YES – 6   NO – 0    CARRIED 

Adjourn Executive Session/Return to Regular Session

MOVED by Trustee Kheiralla, second by Trustee Tompkins, that the Board of Education adjourn executive session and return to regular session at approximately 9:40 PM.

YES – 7     NO – 0    CARRIED

  Adjournment

MOVED by Trustee Johnson, second by Trustee Meier, that the Board of Education adjourn the Special Board of Education meeting, noting the time at approx.9:40 PM.

YES – 7     NO – 0    CARRIED
