Call to Order

The special meeting that evening of the Board of Education was Called to Order by Vice President Meier at approximately 5:04 PM, requesting a motion to proceed.

MOVED by Trustee Robertson, second by Trustee Johnson, that the Board of Education open the regular portion of the meeting that evening.

YES – 6                  NO –  0                  MOTION CARRIED

 

MOVED by Trustee Robertson, second by Trustee Johnson that the Board of Education adjourn into executive session at approximately 5:05 PM– RE:  Discussion pertaining to Superintendent’s Contract.

YES – 6                   NO –  0                  MOTION CARRIED

 

MOVED by Trustee Robertson, second by Trustee Johnson that the Board of Education open the regular session of the meeting, at approximately 5:58 PM.

YES – 6                  NO – 0                   MOTION CARRIED
