Recommend the Board of Education approve the following Consent Agenda as submitted by the Superintendent of Schools:

Resignations

Administrative

Christopher Mummery, resignation, from his position as a High School Assistant Principal-12 Month, (to resume his position as an Assistant Principal-12 Month at Crispell MS), effective at the close of business June 30, 2019.

 

Leave of Absence

Instructional

Awilda Echevarria, unpaid leave of absence from her position as a 6.0 hours/day Teaching Assistant, effective April 23, 2019 through May 22, 2019.  

 

Non-Instructional

Donna Schneider, resignation, for the purpose of retirement, from her position as a 7.0 hours/day Assistant Cook, effective at the close of business June 30, 2019.  

Marcy Crocco, resignation, for the purpose of retirement, from her position as a  7.0 hours/day School Monitor, effective at the close of business April 29, 2019.  

 

Appointment

Non-Instructional

James Pritt, increase in hours to a 3.5 hours/day (from 3.0 hours/day) in his position of Food Service Helper, effective May 15, 2019, salary as per contract (pro-rated).

Tara Rich, probationary appointment of to a 3.5 hours/day position of Food Service Helper, effective May 15, 2019, salary as per contract (pro-rated).

 

Remedial After School Program – Regents Boot Camp / Physical Education                         

Board approval for the temporary appointment of the following instructional staff for (shared position) .75 hours/day, Monday – Thursday (2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m), for Regents Boot Camp at Pine Bush High School in the 2018-2019 school year, effective Monday, June 10, 2019 through Thursday, June 13, 2019, and Monday, June 17, 2019, salary at the rate of $35/hour.
