BOE recognizes scholar-athletes, teams and champions

The board of education recognized 69 scholar-athletes and five scholar-athlete teams from the winter season at its March 25, 2025  meeting.

Individually, students must maintain a 90 or above grade point average to qualify as a scholar-athlete.

Teams qualify as scholar athlete teams when the average GPA of the top 75% of the roster is greater than or equal to 90.

Athletes who won Section IX and OCIAA championships and those who qualified for state competition were also acknowledged.

Congratulations to all who work so diligently to excel on the field, the court and the track as well as in the classroom.
