Let’s celebrate our Circleville Elementary School fifth-grade students who are moving up to middle school! These students have accomplished so much academically and socially, and have honed their skills in music, band, and athletics.
Principal Kristin Slover congratulated the students and wished them continued success in middle school.
Superintendent Brian Dunn also wished them the best, talking of their years at CES, their accomplishments, friendships, their field days and their goals going forward.
Students received many awards at the ceremony including for academics, art, music and band, chorus, library and physical education.
Harleigh Gaucher and Joel Cabrera Jr. received the Triple C Award, recognizing the courage, character, and commitment of New York State’s outstanding students.
Antonio Anderson and Julia Dominick received the New York State Comptroller’s award, which is awarded to students who have shown academic excellence and the potential for leadership through involvement in activities that improve their school and/or their community.
Now it’s on to Circleville Middle School for most of these former elementary school students. Remember to always do your best!
