Bobbi Walter’s sixth-grade students were busy making gingerbread houses recently. The class had finished a math unit in geometry and enjoyed finding the area and perimeter of their gingerbread houses.
The students also used their engineering and creativity skills to design their own houses!
A shout out to Alyza Countryman and Diane McClure who assisted, and a hearty thank you to Assistant Principal Seth Siegel who stopped by to have a look at the process and the final creations. The students loved showing off their hard work!
