Crispell inducts 57 new members to National Junior Honor Society

The Crispell Middle School chapter of the National Junior Honor Society inducted 57 students into the NJHS on June 1.

JP Agro, president of the Crispell National Junior Honor Society, stands by the five candles representing the five pillars of the NJHS.

In order to be eligible for the NJHS, students must live the five tenants of the group: scholarship, service, citizenship, leadership and character.

Scholarship – students must achieve a 93 or above overall average for the first three quarters of the school year.

Service – students must participate in at least two school activities

Citizenship – students must participate in at least one community service activity.

Leadership – students must participate in an activity for which he/she is directly responsible.

Character – student must show good character.
