Crispell’s Students Making a Difference Club help out the pups at Walden Humane Society

Students Making a Difference Club partnered with the Walden Humane Society and drew portraits of dogs that have been with the shelter for a while.

A drawing of a mostly white dog with brown ears and eyes with a blue collar. Banjo is printed on the bottom.

The pictures are simply beautiful and are being used by the humane society to help with the adoption of these precious animals.

This isn’t the only effort Students Making a Difference have done for the Walden Humane Society. The students also ran the Plastic for Puppies program all year, collecting recyclable bottles and cans and donating the deposits – $150 – to the Walden Humane Society.

This upcoming school year, the club has several projects planned with the humane society including reading to the dogs!
