The goal is to increase camper’s knowledge of the fantastic sport of field hockey in a FUN and EXCITING way. Whether you have never picked up a stick or have played the game before, this is the camp for you. Each session will start with skills, drills, and games that focus on important aspects of the game (stick handling, passing, shooting). After a break, campers will play in scrimmages to practice skills learned. The main focus will be on helping each camper develop her skills in a FUN and POSITIVE WAY!!
Bring a water bottle. Mouth guards and guards are required. Sticks will be
available to borrow if needed.
