Please be aware that late in the afternoon Wednesday, June 14, we were made aware of a threatening statement that was allegedly made during the school day by a Circleville Middle School student.

As soon as this information was received, building administrators, Superintendent Brian Dunn and local law enforcement started our protocols to investigate the alleged threat and to ensure everyone’s safety.

At this time, the allegation remains under investigation. However, all programs and daily activities are taking place as they normally would. It is out of an abundance of caution and transparency that we let you know about the allegation.

Please know that the safety of our students and staff is always our primary concern.
