District names Michael Pacella interim superintedent

The Pine Bush Board of Education met on Friday, Dec. 31, 2021 in a special meeting and passed the following resolution, naming Michael Pacella interim superintendent of schools.

Resolution

RESOLVED, that the Board of Education of the Pine Bush Central School District appoints Michael Pacella as Interim Superintendent, retroactive to December 30, 2021, through January 18, 2022; and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mr. Pacella shall receive a stipend in an amount to be determined by the Board of Education for the performance of duties as Interim Superintendent, while continuing to perform his duties as Assistant Superintendent of Business.
