EJR celebrates its fifth-grade students as they move up to middle school

Fifth-grade students at Edward J. Russell Elementary School had a terrific day for their moving-up ceremony on Wednesday morning, June 14.

Parents, guardians and family members were excited as the students walked toward the large white tent where the ceremony would take place.

The soon-to-be middle school students received plenty of sage advice from teachers and administrators. Superintendent Brian Dunn congratulated the students on all they’ve achieved and challenged them to set their goals high in middle school and beyond.
