Pine Bush students do many things to support their community. On Oct. 4, they provided the gift of life through blood donations.
Eighty-eight students registered to donate blood at the district’s first blood drive of the year. It was a wonderful sight for Pine Bush High School nurse Marybeth Reinfried.
“I am so proud of these students and the students in the First Aid Club who volunteered to help out at this great community service project,” said Reinfried.
The First Aid Club students assisted Community Blood Services, which ran the drive.
