PAK kindergarten students tell their very own stories

At the conclusion of their unit on non-fiction books, Lisa Andryshak’s kindergarten students wrote their very own books! On Friday, April 14, they held an author celebration. Each student read their own informational book around the room to the many families that visited.

Students earned stickers after each read. After everyone read their book, the students sat down with their families for a special snack to celebrate our newest authors!

A little girl with her hair in pigtails eats a cookie as a woman sitting next to her looks on.

Two women smile as a little girl in a print dress stands between them, with arms around both of them. They are all smiling broadly.
