PAK students show their science know-how and innovation

On Thursday evening, March 15, 2018, Pakanasink Elementary School held its

Science & Innovation Fair to highlight the science experiments created by their  students in grades kindergarten through five.  Students were encouraged to use the scientific method to form a hypothesis, list their materials and methods, then present data and results.   Students exhibited their  display boards and demonstrated hands-on experiments.

Parents, and family members  were excited to share in their children’s enthusiasm  while showing off their  work.  Mr. Jordan Brown , an author of several children’s science books, was in attendance demonstrating experiments as well.  It was a well attended event and the children were obviously proud of their work.
