To prepare for the transportation needs of our students for the upcoming school year, we are asking parents whose children attend Pine Bush public schools and will not require bus transportation to please take a moment to download and complete this Public School Transportation Survey. 

This survey is only for parents who are opting their child(ren) out of bus transportation.

Please download the survey and either complete it and email it back or print it, complete it and get it back to our Transportation Department via fax, mail or by dropping it off (all pertinent information is on the form).

Complete one form for each student not requiring district transportation.

Please return it by Tuesday, May 31, 2022, so we can better support the start-up of the 2022/2023 school year. We greatly appreciate your valued input.
