Patience and planning help in this teamwork challenge at PAK

Third grade students in Emily Byrne’s class at Pakanasink recently did a project emphasizing the positivity project theme of teamwork.

Three third-grade girls work together to stack red cups on a desk. They are using string to get the cups in the formation.

Each team was tasked with stacking their cups in a pyramid form. There was a catch – they could only use string and a rubber band. Their hands were not allowed to touch the cups.

Four third-grade boys work together to stack red cups on a desk. They are using string to get the cups in the formation.

It took much planning and patience as well as cooperation and, of course, teamwork! But they were successful! Job well done!
