Attention Seniors! The Senior Ball will be held on June 17, 2022, at Villa Venezia in Middletown, from 7 to 11 p.m.  Tickets are $95 and will be sold from May 16 to 20. Cash or check will be accepted at the following times/places:

• Before school: Room 222
• After school: Room 140
• During period 4: Room 222
• During periods 5 and 9: Room 140

Each senior and parent/guardian must sign the consent and agree form; non-seniors who will be attending as guests and their parent/guardian must also sign the consent and agree form.

Non-Pine Bush High School students who will be attending as guests must complete the Guest Consent and Agree Form as well as have the Student Guest Approval Form completed by their high school.
