Back in 2015, Circleville Elementary School’s principal, Amy Brockner, teamed up with her fifth-grade teachers – Sean Healy, Robin Conklin, Heather Walmers, Susan Corcoran, and Andrea Urmston – to encourage the students who were moving up to middle school to sign a promise to graduate high school.
Fast forward seven years. Those fifth-grade students are all grown up now. Some have moved, of course, but all those remaining 2015 CES students have stayed in school, keeping their pledge!

Most who are now seniors at Pine Bush High School met recently with Mrs. Brockner, who is the district’s assistant superintendent for Instruction, and their respective fifth-grade teacher to receive that signed promise back! They also received a certificate of accomplishment. That’s something to be very proud of!

We congratulate all who have worked so hard to reach this high school graduation milestone. Your teachers all along the way are so proud of your accomplishments.

Now, go out there and continue to do your very best, bringing all you’ve learned here in Pine Bush, from elementary school up through PBHS, out to the world!
