School Board Recognition Week is celebrated in New York state in October. On Tuesday, the district honored its board members in the best way possible: with letters of appreciation and handmade cards from the students and staff of our elementary schools.

Our school board members – Gretchen Meier, Cara Robertson, Erik Buckley, Dori Johnson, Kristi Kheiralla, Ross Tompkins and Matthew Watkins – volunteer countless hours for the benefit of our district. They are strong advocates for our children and public education, always striving for improvement, excellence and progress. They are committed to making sure every student in our district succeeds, and have worked diligently to provide the students with the tools necessary to achieve success. Their dedication to our students and community resonates throughout our district, and we are grateful for your service.
